We understand that sometimes situations may arise where you need to cancel or make changes to your order. To ensure transparency and fairness, we have established the following refund and cancellation policy:
1. Prepared Food:
Once an order for prepared food is placed and the food is in the prepared or delivered stage, it is not eligible for a refund or return. We take utmost care to maintain the quality and freshness of our food; however, due to its nature, we cannot accept returns once the food has been prepared or delivered.
2. Refrigerated or Expired Products:
Refrigerated products and items with an expiration date are not eligible for returns. We recommend checking the expiration date before making a purchase to ensure the freshness of the product.
3. Event Cancellation
If you need to cancel an event for which you have placed an order with Fudday, you must notify us at least 2 days before the scheduled event date. In such cases, you will be eligible for a refund of any amount already paid. Please note that any cancellations made within 48 hours of the event will not be eligible for a refund.
4. No Refund for Other Cases:
In all other cases not mentioned above, including but not limited to last-minute cancellations, changes in event details, or dissatisfaction with the food selection, we regret to inform you that refunds will not be provided.
5. Refund Process:
If you are eligible for a refund based on the terms mentioned above, we will process the refund within 2-7 business days using the original payment method used during the transaction.
6. Communication:

7. Event Rescheduling:
If you wish to reschedule your event instead of canceling, we will make every effort to accommodate your request based on our availability. Please contact us at least 2 days before the event to discuss the possibilities.
